How much does website maintenance cost?
Maintenance is a simple monthly plan, and the price depends on your platform, the size of your site and how much support you want. After a free review of your website we send a fixed monthly quote, so there are no surprise bills.
What is included in a maintenance plan?
Plans cover software and plugin updates, scheduled backups, security monitoring, uptime monitoring, speed and SEO health checks, small content changes, bug fixes and a monthly report. Higher plans add more content changes, faster response and extra optimization work.
Can you maintain a website that you did not build?
Yes. We start with an audit of your site, tell you honestly what condition it is in and what needs fixing, then quote a plan. We work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and custom built websites.
What if my website has already been hacked or is broken?
We can help. We clean up the problem, restore from a clean backup where possible, close the weak points and then put monitoring in place. Cleanup and repair work is quoted separately from the monthly plan.
How do backups work?
We schedule automatic backups and store copies away from your main hosting, so you can restore quickly if something goes wrong. We test restores from time to time, because a backup you have never tested is only a hope.
How quickly do you respond when something goes wrong?
